This past Tuesday October 5th, Sci-Port participated in the National Night out! National Night Out is a nationwide program created for local communities to heighten crime and drug prevention awareness. It is one night annually where we come together to support anti-crime efforts to strengthen neighborhood morale and police-community partnerships. Sci-Port had the pleasure of setting up a hands-onSTEM activity for our local children to do. We made shop at the David Raines and A.B. Palmer community centers, where our staff members helped create electrical snap circuits.
